Can I log into my account from any computer or mobile device?
Yes you can any device that has Internet connection, however you can only be logged in to one computer at a time.
I forgot my user-name and password. How do I access my account?
Go to the login page. Click on “forgot user-name/ password. Follow the prompts. You will be sent an email with a temporary password to access your account.
Can I download this course?
CourseCafe is a streaming site. That means we do not allow our courses to be downloaded and saved on our user’s computers. To watch your a course you must have Internet access and be one the course web-page.
Do I have to watch my courses on a computer or can I use my other devices?
No, our courses are responsive to many different devices, like smart phones, tablets, and laptops.
Can I watch videos in full-screen?
Yes, press the full-screen button in the bottom right corner of a player window. To exit, click the full-screen button again or press ‘Esc’ on your keyboard.
I submitted a request to reset my password, but I never received an email. What do I do now?
